When you live a passive lifestyle for a life period of time, you often find yourself at a halt not knowing how to move forward. In order to get out of this routine, a 30-day challenge is a great way to jumpstart your mind, body, and soul. This is a great step into forming new habits and routines.
This 30-day challenge was designed to help guide your mindset and improve your physical and mental health with small, engaging actionable steps that you can take one day at a time. With each new day you will add a new healthy habit to your routine and try to incorporate that habit into your lifestyle.
Let this challenge be your guide to starting over and taking control of your lifestyle allowing you to improve your health, nutrition, and mindfulness.
30 Day Balanced Healthy Lifestyle Challenge
Day 1 Make sure to have a healthy breakfast
Day 2 Try not to eat past 7 PM
Day 3 Add some healthy greens and veggies with every meal
Day 4 Increase your water intake
Day 5 Avoid adding too much salt
Day 6 Avoid refined sugar
Day 7 Start making home-cooked meals
Day 8 Eliminate soda & other beverages high in sugar - Stick to Water!!!
Day 9 Incorporate 6 small meals in a day
Day 10 Aim for a balanced diet
Day 11 Add a supplement to your diet
Day 12 Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator
Day 13 Go for a walk in the mornings
Day 14 Get your daily dose of sunny Vitamin D for at least 15 minutes daily
Day 15 Don’t deprive your body
Day 16 Start sleeping for 6-8 hours minimum
Day 17 Get used to a daily stretch routine
Day 18 Avoid overeating & only eat until satisfied
Day 19 Stop weighing yourself
Day 20 Add some cardio to your routine - try a new sport or jogging
Day 21 Create a morning & night routine
Day 22 Consider going gluten-free and dairy-free
Day 23 Practice mindfulness & meditation
Day 24 Start with planning your meals for 1 week and meal prep it
Day 25 Change your negative speech to positive words
Day 26 Set your goals based on how you feeling now and how you want to feel
Day 27 Start a journal to record your thoughts, feelings & journey
Day 28 Focus on your spiritual connection and faith
Day 29 Spend time on your relationships
Day 30 Establish an exercise routine 3 - 4 times a week
The goal is that by the end of the 30-day Balanced Healthy Lifestyle Challenge, you will come to a realization of how easy it can be to do at least one healthy thing every day. You will encounter a various range of challenges which will allow you to see what areas need the most attention. After the 30-day challenge, we can reassess into smaller strides to focus on the right approach for you.
