Mindful Eating Habits


1. Carefully planning & thinking about WHY you are going to eat the meals that you are planning to eat


2. Eating meals regularly at a set time throughout the day


3. Listening to your body & stop eating once it is full


4. Stop depriving your body of essential nutrients & food in the name of diet to lose weight


5. Understanding the difference between physical hunger & cravings


6. Thinking about WHAT type of food you are eating & where it comes from


7. Get more information about nutrition and healthy foods beneficial for your body type


8. Pairing your meals with your workout routine to fuel your body based on your activity levels


Mindless Eating Habits


1. Not planning your meals & eating whatever you find, whenever you find it


2. Eating food at random times, skipping meals


3. Eating past your satisfaction levels & overeating past fullness


4. Starving for more than 6 hours at a time or waiting too long between meals


5. Just eating whatever you are feeling whenever you feel like it


6. Not considering where your food comes from & eating food based on how comforting the food feels


7. Eating anything that looks & smells good


8. Under-eating or over-eating too much food while not pairing your food with your activity levels
